Full conference proceedings (full length papers) of the ISTDM will be published in a special edition of Semiconductor Science and Technology, published by the Institute of Physics (IOP). This is a leading journal with a high impact factor. You are strongly encouraged to submit a full paper of your results presented at the conference to these proceedings, with the same paper title as that presented at the conference. You will not be charged "page charges" for this proceedings publication. Directions for this full paper submission, which will be done on-line are attached. We ask that you submit this paper by May 15 through the IOP site. The maximum (but not required!) page length is 5 journal pages for contributed papers and posters and 8 pages for invited talks.
